Appointed by an EPC contractor to provide opinion on the delay and disruption encountered by the contractor due to the events attributable to the Employer and on the contractual matters arose between the Employer and the Contractor under a FIDIC (Red Book, 1999) form of contract in a 70 km water transmission pipeline and treatment plant project in Turkey.
What We Did
Delay and quantum claims were drafted by Equitas Consulting on claims for extension of time, variations, re-rating of Bill items, re-measurement, cost-plus valuation; prolongation, preliminaries thickening, increased costs and breaches of contract. Equitas Consulting has also provided dispute resolution advisory and overview of the DAB proceedings under the FIDIC 1999 Red Book contract.
