FIDIC 1987 Red Book Contracts.
What We Did
Review of the delay and quantum expert reports was carried out by Equitas Consulting experts on claims for variations, re-rating of Bill items, re-measurement, cost-plus valuation, prolongation, preliminaries thickening, increased costs, interest and breaches of contract. Equitas Consulting have assited the solicitors during the entire arbitration process and participated in hearings.
