Appointed by an international contractor to evaluate delays and time related costs in relation to a 240 MW hydroelectric power plant project, which consisted of the construction of derivation tunnels, cofferdams and dam embankments, power station and installation of hydro mechanical equipment.
What We Did
Delay and disruption, and quantum reports were prepared by the Equitas Consulting Expert on the claimant’s claims for extension of time and disruption, additional payment for delay and idle periods. Our expert presented the report to the Employer and participated in amicable settlement negotiations.
